We'll gladly accept returns for any GalaxyPerfume.co.uk products upon receiving your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used fragrance items. Unfortunately for health and safety reasons, there are NO returns or exchanges on any OPENED or USED skincare, makeup, or haircare items. So please evaluate these items carefully before purchasing.

An RMA Number is required for ALL returns. Please email us at sales@galaxyperfume.com BEFORE you return your order so we can give you an RMA number. DO NOT send your returns to the address above, we will give you instructions for your return.

STANDARD WORLDWIDE SHIPPING: 6-12 working days from dispatch date
      Purchases up to £73: £7.25
      Purchases over £73: 10% of order total

Business Days: Monday - Friday, excluding holidays

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 3 to 5 working days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by end of day Tuesday.

Delivery Estimates: Most parcels are delivered within the country in 6-12 working days from the date shipped (7-20 working days for orders outside the country). Orders are shipped from the US, so your patience is appreciated as there could be a slight delay clearing customs. If you do not receive your order within that timeframe, please send an email to customer service. Although this is not normal, please be advised certain international countries can take up to 12 weeks for delivery. If you are unsure if your country may take this long please send us an email and we can advise you.

GalaxyPerfume.co.uk only carries original designer fragrances, we do not carry any imitation fragrances. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days for a refund.

Here are the fragrance abbreviations we use on our site. Concentrations are listed from the strongest to weakest:

Parfum - Pure Parfum
EDP - Eau de Parfum
PDT - Parfum de Toilette (same as EDP)
EDT - Eau de Toilette
COL - Cologne
EDC - Eau de Cologne
Tester - Original bottle and fragrance, just without the original box or cap.

Unfortunately at this time we do NOT offer our products wholesale, we will update this section if we offer wholesale purchasing in the future.

We currently ship worldwide. Occasionally we will remove a country if we have numerous problems with fraudulent orders or too many customs issues, but this is rare. Please email us at info@galaxyperfume.com if you do not see your country listed. Make sure to provide precise International address information including city, province/territory, and postal code information.

Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses. If you decide not to place your order, you can cancel your order at this time. To place your order, click "Finalize Now."

If you want to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, go back to previous steps by clicking on the edit or back button.

Once the order is submitted, an Order Complete page will be displayed with an order number. Within an hour, you'll also receive an e-mail confirmation containing the same order number. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order. Please note that you are unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed your order. You will know that your order has been placed once you receive an order confirmation number.

We will process and ship your order within 1 - 2 working days. When we ship your order, you'll receive a second e-mail confirming the ship date.
